Please note: Minor outer box imperfections may occur during transit and are not considered defects of the collectible itself.


3. Shipping Destinations

We ship to:

  • Select international destinations

If your region is unavailable at checkout, shipping is currently not supported.


4. Shipping Options & Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2–4 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–15 business days

All delivery times are estimates and may vary due to logistics conditions or customs processing.

8. Delivery Responsibility

  • Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address
  • Ensure someone is available to receive the package when necessary

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect information or failed delivery attempts.


9. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Provide photos (for damaged items)

We will review your case and provide a resolution as quickly as possible.


10. Returns Due to Delivery Failure

If an order is returned due to:

  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Refused shipment

A refund may be issued excluding original shipping costs.
